Creating an Agile Organisation

Hello,
Long time no blog! Since February this year I have been working as Head of Development for a medium-size Marketing Company c£90m turnover. The development group consists of about 25 people with various skill-sets supporting multiple technologies.

I've already started moving the development group towards becoming an agile organisation, and this blog will be where I post my lessons learned.

I need to do this as much for my sanity as anything... Hopefully over time I'll be able to see the change that has taken place.

As I move through these issues and problems I'd welcome anyone's idea or previous experience in solving some of the problems I am facing.
